What to expect

In May, when the wisteria blooms, the pergola at the entrance becomes an extra room: you have breakfast there, lunch there, dinner there with the stone barbecue lit. Eighty square metres on the ground floor seem like plenty — until you climb the antique wooden stairs to the 25 m² mezzanine and understand why Loggia is the house large families fight over.

Layout

Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level: kids downstairs, parents upstairs (or vice versa, depending on the family). The living room opens onto the pergola; the kitchen is fully equipped — dishwasher, microwave, safe. The fireplace is not decorative: it actually warms the place.

The mezzanine is the kids’ kingdom: two single beds and a sofa bed, wooden beam ceilings, courtyard windows. Total capacity: 6+2.

Best for

Large families (8 people), or two family units sharing the space while keeping privacy. Light the barbecue at seven, finish grilling around ten.

From €235/night in low season (minimum 2 nights). High season: minimum one week. Extra heating €2/h. Cot and high-chair €30. Pets welcome (€30 cleaning supplement).
